Who Mega-Idea is
Mega-Idea is the second brand of Shenzhen QianLi Innovation Technology, the repair-tool company founded in 2016. QianLi’s own site describes Mega-Idea as the line that focuses on cost-effective solutions for phone technicians, while the QianLi name is kept for the main range. Both share the same headquarters in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and the same production base. The Mega-Idea catalog is wide: disassembly tools, tweezers and screwdrivers, soldering consumables, test fixtures and clamps, thermal cameras such as the Super IR Cam series, microscopes and industrial cameras, laminating and bubble-removing machines for screen refurbishing, heating plates and power supplies.

Tweezers and screwdrivers
- Straight tweezers SS-SA (long tip), 00-SA (short tip), 7-SA curved tweezers and an 0.1 mm fine-tip straight tweezer for placing small components and jumper wire.
- Screwdrivers A to E: Phillips, Tri-Point, Pentalobe, Convex Cross and Torx, the same five profiles as the QianLi iThor series. They cover every screw in an iPhone from the bottom Pentalobe pair to the Tri-Point battery bracket screws.
- Magnetic screw organizer, the simplest way to keep the different screw lengths of a 14 Pro or 15 Pro teardown in order.
Soldering consumables
- 115 I and 115 J soldering iron tips (C115 series, straight and bent), which fit the T115 micro handles used by AiXun T3B-class stations. See our Soldering & Repair Supplies section.
- Solder wire 227 °C for flex and connector work.
- B440 heat-resistant silicone work mat, large enough for an iPad and with slots for screws and parts.
Battery boards and chargers
- iCharger 4.0 battery board in two versions: iPhone 6 to 16 Pro Max, and the same plus Android connectors. It charges and activates a battery outside the phone, shows voltage and current, and is the quickest way to tell a dead cell from a dead charging circuit. Sits in Programmers & Testers.

In practice the Mega-Idea screwdrivers do the job on an iPhone; the difference shows after months of daily use, where the QianLi bits keep their edges longer. If you are equipping a trainee bench or need a backup set in every drawer, Mega-Idea is the sensible choice. If a tool is in your hand eight hours a day, buy the QianLi version.
How to choose
- Starting a bench from zero: screwdriver set A–E, SS-SA and 7-SA tweezers, the B440 mat and the screw organizer. Add a PQ687 charger if the bench also charges customer phones.
- Battery diagnostics: the iCharger 4.0 board tells you within a minute whether a phone that does not turn on has a flat battery or a board fault. Pair it with a tag-on flex and programmer from the JCID range if you also want to write health data.
- Micro soldering: the C115 tips are only for T115 handles; check your station before ordering. For T210 or T245 handles use the matching tip series.

Yes. QianLi lists Mega-Idea on its own site as its cost-effective brand, with the same company address.
Do Mega-Idea screwdrivers fit iPhone 17 screws?
The A–E set covers Pentalobe, Tri-Point, Phillips, Convex Cross and Torx T2. For the Torx T5 screw introduced in the iPhone 17 series you need the QianLi J driver.
Can the iCharger 4.0 board program battery health?
No. It charges, activates and measures a battery. Writing health data needs a JCID or similar programmer with a tag-on flex.
Which Mega-Idea tips fit my soldering station?
The 115 I and 115 J tips fit T115 handles. If your station uses T210 or T245 handles, choose the QianLi 0.2 mm or 0.3 mm tips instead.
