G+OCA Pro Front Glass with OCA, Polarizer and Frames for iPhone Refurbishing

What G+OCA Pro is

G+OCA Pro is a product series of front glass for screen refurbishing, sold with optically clear adhesive (OCA) already laminated to the inside of the glass. It is one of the three glass brands we carry, alongside Feaglet and Musttby, and the one with the widest set of variants: plain glass with OCA, glass with OCA and polarizer film, glass with OCA bonded into a display frame, and the frames on their own. Distributors list the series for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Samsung models; in our store it is limited to iPhone.

One honest caveat. G+OCA Pro is a product brand, not a company with a public history: the glass is sold through repair-parts distributors (for example PhoneLCDParts groups it with QianLi tools) and the manufacturer does not publish founding dates or factory details. We therefore describe the product, not the company. What matters on the bench is glass thickness, fit in the frame, OCA quality and how many units per batch arrive with dust or scratches, and on those points the series has been consistent for us.

What we stock

Everything is listed per model in the iPhone Screen Refurbishing category, from iPhone 8 and X up to iPhone 17, 17 Air, 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max.

  • Front Glass with OCA (G+OCA Pro): the 2-in-1 part for standard reglassing. The old glass is removed, the polarizer is cleaned, the new glass with OCA is aligned in a mold and laminated.
  • Front Glass with OCA & Polarizer (G+OCA Pro): the 3-in-1 version with the polarizer film already on the OCA. Used when the original polarizer was scratched during glass removal, or when you want to skip the polarizer cleaning step entirely.
  • Front Glass with Frame & OCA (G+OCA Pro): glass already bonded into the display frame (bezel). Saves the cold-press frame step and gives a straighter edge on models where the frame is easy to bend during separation.
  • Display Frame (Bezel) with adhesive (G+OCA Pro): the frame alone, for shops that keep glass in stock and only need to replace a bent or glue-damaged frame.

How the variants compare

Variant Steps saved When to use Price band
Glass with OCA OCA film application Original polarizer and frame intact Lowest
Glass with OCA and polarizer Polarizer cleaning and film Polarizer damaged, or OLED models where cleaning is risky Middle
Glass with frame and OCA Frame cold press Frame bent, or high-volume refurbishing Highest
Frame only None (frame replacement) Glass in stock, frame damaged Low

For OLED models (iPhone X and later, except XR and 11) the polarizer is thin and bonded directly to the panel; removing a scratched one is the single most common way to ruin a good panel. That is why many shops use the polarizer version on OLED and the plain version on LCD models such as XR, 11 and the SE family.

G+OCA Pro, Feaglet or Musttby?

All three are front glass with OCA pre-applied. Feaglet and Musttby are manufacturers with their own factories and brand sites; both offer mainly the 2-in-1 glass. G+OCA Pro is the series with the frame and polarizer variants. In practice shops keep one brand as default and a second for models the first does not cover, and the choice is usually settled by which brand’s glass fits the frames and molds already on the bench. We do not claim one is better than another across the board; thickness and edge finish vary by model, and a glass that is a perfect fit on 13 Pro may be slightly loose on 12 mini from the same brand.

Using it in the process

  • Match the glass to the laminating mold for the exact model; a 14 Pro mold does not fit 15 Pro glass even though the screens look alike.
  • Peel the OCA liner only inside the dust-free box, and check with a dust lamp before pressing.
  • Laminate at the pressure and time your machine specifies, then run the autoclave or bubble remover; small bubbles at the edge usually disappear, bubbles over the panel centre mean dust or uneven pressure.
  • Test the panel on a screen tester or the phone before fitting the frame. The full process is in our screen refurbishing guide, and the equipment is in Refurbishing Supplies.

Glass ships from China in protective trays. Packs of 5 and 10 are available on most models, and refurbishing shops can apply for wholesale pricing.

FAQ

Who manufactures G+OCA Pro?

The manufacturer does not publish company details; the series is distributed through repair-parts wholesalers. We describe and test the product, not the maker.

Does the glass include the oleophobic coating?

Yes, the glass has an oleophobic finish, though like all refurbishing glass it wears faster than the original factory coating.

Is the 3-in-1 with frame compatible with my cold-press mold?

The frame is already attached, so you do not need a frame mold; you still need the laminating mold for that model to align the glass over the panel.

Can I use G+OCA Pro glass on an aftermarket screen?

Yes, if the aftermarket panel uses the same glass dimensions as the original. Hard OLED and Incell panels sometimes differ in thickness; check the fit before ordering in volume.

Why are some models only available in the polarizer version?

Distributor supply varies by model. If you need a plain glass for a model we list only with polarizer, ask us and we will quote the alternative.
