Who QianLi is
QianLi (Shenzhen QianLi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd.) was founded in 2016 and is one of the better-known Chinese makers of phone repair hand tools and bench equipment. The company runs two brands: QianLi for its main line and Mega-Idea for a lower-priced range (see our Mega-Idea page). According to the company’s own history, it started with laser-cut square-hole reballing stencils in 2016, added a PCB thermal camera in 2017, the iPower one-key boot cable in 2018, the Apollo multi-function tester in 2020 and the Super Cam X 3D thermal analyzer in 2021. Headquarters moved from the Huaqiang North electronics market to Nanshan High-tech Park in 2020; production is in Bao’an District, Shenzhen.
In repair shops the name is mostly associated with hand tools that hold up to daily use: the iThor screwdriver series, carbon and metal pry tools, knife handles with replaceable blades, and the iClamp screen clamps. We carry QianLi across three store categories.

Two notes from experience. The iThor 3D handle takes only iThor 3D bits; it does not accept the 2D shafts. And the Macaron spot welders are designed for the thin nickel tabs on phone cells, not for power-tool packs; if you weld thicker tabs, use a bench welder instead.
QianLi or Mega-Idea?
Both come from the same company. QianLi tools generally have higher-grade materials and tighter tolerances; Mega-Idea covers the same jobs at a lower price with simpler finishes. A common setup is QianLi for the tools you hold all day (screwdrivers, pry tools, knives) and Mega-Idea for consumables and secondary tools (tweezers, mats, chargers).

FAQ
Which QianLi screwdriver opens the bottom screws of an iPhone?
Profile C, Pentalobe 0.8 mm (P2), for every iPhone from iPhone 5 to the current line. The iPhone 17 series adds a Torx T5 screw, which is why the J driver exists.
Do the pry tools fit under an iPhone 15 Pro screen?
Yes. The ultra-thin carbon tools are made for that gap. Heat the edge first to soften the adhesive so you do not need to force them.
Which Macaron model should a small shop start with?
The Macaron 2S handles standard iPhone cells and runs from its internal battery. Choose the MAX if you weld many cells per day, and the Ultra if you want capacitor discharge for more consistent welds.
Are replacement blades and bits available?
Yes. iThor 3D bits, 011 tips and knife blades are listed separately so you can replace a worn part without buying a new handle.
